TULIPIANS TRAILBLAZER AWARDS 2016

TULIPIANS TRAIL BLAZERS  are very special awards introduced from this year i.e 2016  at Tulipians PRESCHOOL.

An appropriate introduction to Trail Blazers : A trailblazer is  a person who is the first to do something; an innovator ,a person who blazes a trail for others to follow through unsettled country or wilderness. A pioneer in any field of endeavor.

Society is constantly changing. Be trailblazers of the era with fresh ideas, creative plans and bold action!.

The young minds are spring boards of the most creative and innovative ideas and thoughts .The Tulipians team invites such innovative minds where we want our Theme of Durga Puja “messiahs of peace” be depicted in a model like presentation.

Why do wars occur, and how can they be avoided? How can Earth’s multitudes live together freely and happily?  Definition of peace as merely the absence of war is an extremely passive conception.In todays world Terrorism is the concern and how can we combat Terrorism. JUST like Goddess Durga represents the power of the Supreme Being that preserves moral order and righteousness in the universe. She is the energy aspect of the Lord Shiva.The absence of any male influence as well as of any male assistance, in Durga’s fierce battles with male demons, is worth noting. The most interesting facet of the tales of her origin is not that she is presented as Shakti – the divine power – but rather, that she assumes the powers of the male gods to save the universe.

So friends….. keeping the above concept in mind go ahead and make a model along with assistance from your teachers and let the other Kolkata schools witness the power of your thoughts in combating Terrorism and how your school can depict “ Messiahs of Peace”

• This competition is only for the preprimary section of the participating school.
• The average age of students can be 4 yrs to 7 yrs.
• Not more than 10 students will be a part of this team work.
• There will be atleast two teachers who will be incharge of this group activity.
• The designing of the model can be done by the teachers in charge.
• The model should be a table top design.
• The size of the model should not be more than 2”ft by 2”ft.
• The theme of anti terrorism , peace should be in sync with durga puja.
• The pasting , cutting , decorating activities will be done by students .Mediums and materials like plasticines,clay, P.o.p.,different types of craft papers , acrylic colors may be used .
• Atleast 4 photographs should be taken while making the model and should be submitted on the day of submission.
• The photographs should be in an envelope clearly mentioning the name of the school. Submission of the registration form is 23^rd september
• The last date of submission of the craft is 3^rd
• Maximum 20 students of various classes ( pri primary) are invited to visit the exhibition at kidzee tulips alongwith 5 to 6 teachers of your school.
• The visiting timing is from10.30am to 6pm on 7^th
• The trail blazer awards will be sent to your school by 12^th October latest.
• All kids will get a participation certificate, so their names along with class details must be submitted on the day of MODEL SUBMISSION.
• The participating school will also receive a certificate of participation
• THE DECISION REGARDING THE BEST MODEL LIES WITH TULIPIANS PRESCHOOL AND IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FULL AND FINAL.
